Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.

The Shadow Lux Dynasty Scratch Card Giveaway is a promotional instant-win game offered by Shadow Lux Dynasty (“SLX”) at participating in-person events.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older at the time of participation.

Participants under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate and to claim any prize.

Employees, representatives, event staff, and individuals directly involved in the preparation, administration, production, or distribution of the scratch cards are not eligible to participate.

Shadow Lux Dynasty reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility before issuing a scratch card or awarding a prize.

HOW TO RECEIVE A SCRATCH CARD

There are two ways to receive a scratch card:

1. Purchase Method

Receive one (1) scratch card with an eligible purchase of $50 or more, before taxes and after applicable discounts.

Limit: One (1) purchase-based scratch card per customer per day.

Making additional purchases or spending more than $50 does not provide additional scratch cards.

2. No-Purchase Method

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

A customer may receive one (1) scratch card by showing SLX event staff that they currently follow the official Shadow Lux Dynasty social media page designated for the promotion.

Limit: One (1) no-purchase scratch card per customer per event.

A qualifying customer may receive both one purchase-based scratch card and one no-purchase scratch card where they independently satisfy the requirements for each method.

Scratch cards are available while supplies last.

PRIZES & ODDS

Scratch cards are randomly distributed. Each card contains one predetermined result.

For every 100 scratch cards produced, the distribution is:

• 60 cards (60%) — KEEP MOVING FORWARD — No prize
• 25 cards (25%) — FREE SLX KEYCHAIN
• 14 cards (14%) — 20% OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER
• 1 card (1%) — $100 SLX GIFT CARD

Accordingly, the overall chance of receiving a prize-bearing card is 40% (2 in 5).

Individual odds per card are:

Free SLX Keychain: 25% (1 in 4)
20% Off Next Order: 14% (14 in 100)
$100 SLX Gift Card: 1% (1 in 100)

Odds apply to the original batch of cards produced. Because cards are distributed without replacement, the actual odds among remaining cards will change as cards are distributed.

REDEMPTION

Winning scratch cards may only be redeemed in person with Shadow Lux Dynasty.

The original winning scratch card must be surrendered at the time of redemption. Photographs, screenshots, reproductions, altered cards, or cards that cannot reasonably be authenticated will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise specified, prizes and promotional rewards:

• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be sold or transferred.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts, sales, promotions, coupons, or promotional offers.
• Are limited to one promotional reward per customer per transaction.
• Are subject to merchandise availability where applicable.

The 20% Off Your Next Order reward applies to one eligible future transaction and cannot be applied to the transaction through which the scratch card was obtained.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

Attempts to circumvent entry limits through multiple accounts, transactions, identities, or other means may result in disqualification.

Shadow Lux Dynasty may reject any scratch card reasonably determined to have been duplicated, altered, tampered with, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise compromised.

Shadow Lux Dynasty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances affecting its fair or proper operation, subject to applicable law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT ALTER THE ODDS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY INDIVIDUAL SCRATCH CARD.
